That's because they want to keep it all for themselves. It has the best selection of real ales and imported draught and bottled beers - not only in Callander - but for miles around. Connoisseurs will know that real ale only works when it is handled expertly and the Scott family have more years' experience than they care to remember between them to ensure that your drink is as it should be.
